"A good breakfast, slightly on the expensive side. Staff friendly and helpful. Very confortable bed and pleasant room. TV had CNN, but would have preferred BBC News. Very convenient for getting to the old town, and near to the central station for travel by train to and from the airport. "

"The kitchen wasn't used but the facilities were they if needed. The rokm was well fuenished and of a good size. The bedroom had a king sized (two large singkes joined together) and good quality bedding. The bathroom was spotless and ha everything you need including toiletries and a hair dryer. Complimentary gowns and slippers too. A small balcony was available if required but the weather was too cold to sit out. The staff were all very friendly, polite, courteous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Monika, who was on reception on the day of arrival, also gave a very helpful and detailed overview of the local area, pinting out key places and good dining locations. A lovely hotel in close proximity tonthe old town but far enough away to be restful and quiet. Would recommend it to anyone visiting this charming city."

"Absolutely amazing 7night stay at The Crown Krakow Center. Every member of staff we encountered was very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast to start the day is fantastic with lots of choice on the continental breakfast and then you could order from cooked breakfast menu. Added bonus of the 3 tier stand with salad, meats, cheeses and fresh fruit which we very much enjoyed."

"If you are coming to Kràkow and just want somewhere to doss down for a couple of nights, then the Old Time Aparthotel is great. I wouldn't recommend it for longer than this nor with children/family as the sofa bed is shockingly solid! Location is OK, about 10/15min walk from the main square, and shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are extremely dated and in need of refurbishment, beds very uncomfortable, and there is no turn down service. To extend your checkout time past 10am they ask for a 5* positive review, so I believe that this is likely why the hotel has such great reviews and high star ratings. "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "
