"Really lovely hotel in a traditional building that’s been nicely restored. Rooms are compact but very comfortable and we had one of the few rooms with a balcony overlooking the rear terrace. The bar was great, although we didn’t try the food. Loved the water machines on each floor and the refillable glass bottles on each room. Flat 20min stroll to the old town - good location."

"Room was clean, however both dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods were provided, though neither machine was present. Room was in a good location, very close to shops, train station and the old town, however the windows looking out on the shared corridor made both myself and my boyfriend feel uneasy. The drain was also slightly blocked with shower water draining quite slowly. The room overall was very nice and cosy, entry instructions were clear and everything necessary was provided."

"良い点は立地のみです。 残念でした。 ・建物に入るための鍵の扱い方が非常に分かりづらい。取り出し方、扉の開け方も詳細に書いて欲しい。 ・マンションの一室へ入るための扉に後付けのオートロックの鍵が付けられているが、取り付け部が緩んでいてセキュリティが心配だった。 ・専用バスルームと書いてあるが、実際はトイレもシャワーも共用 ・トイレットペーパーの補充も清掃も一度もされなかった。 ・部屋にゴミ箱がない"

"W trakcie rezerwacji pomyliłam datę przyjazdu. Dosłownie po 10 minutach od opłacenia pokoju napisałam do Państwa z prośbą o anulację rezerwacji. Do dzisiaj nie dostałam odpowiedzi. Byłam zmuszona zmienić swoje plany. Komunikacja z Państwem nie powinna być tak utrudniona. Porażka. Już nigdy nie skorzystam z Państwa oferty."
