He was always patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. In addition, we loved the pool and a hot tub with a great view of Kraków. Breakfast was delicious with many great food choices. "

"Upon arrival they could not find my booking, made through Hotels.com, however the man at reception was very helpful and after about 5 mins everything was sorted. The room itself was basic however as I was only there for 2 nights while i visited Krakow it had everything i needed. Location is easy to get to by tram and well lit for walking home at night (I was alone and didn't feel unsafe in the area). My room was a single with onsuite, there was a large wardrobe, table and chairs, TV and towels...

"A very good spacious room, with shared kithcen and bathroom with three other rooms, located just south of the river, the bars and restaurants beginning a few minutes walk away. Very clean and modern place, with the latest appliances and furnishings in both kitchen and bathroom. Lovely owner.....i can't imagine a better accomodation for the price."
