"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "Everything we needed for a long weekend stay! Fabulous rooms especially for the price and staff sooo helpful and friendly and could speak brilliant English. Breakfast was amazing, filled you up for the day. Would definitely recommend and only 15-20 mins walk from main part of Krakow City, and trams right outside if you didn’t want to walk. Thanks for a great stay Bridge Suites 👍👍"

"The hotel was fantastic, staff were great and really enjoyed our stay, if I was being picky I would say the free mineral water bottles seem to be topped up in the bedroom daily from a jug rather than a fresh new bottle, the breakfast was amazing, great choices, we never ate in the evening however did try some of the wines, the wines were nice however I think the red polish wine may have gone off but that aside it's a great location with free parking to visit Poland"

"The hotel is wonderful while having a quiet luxury ambiance. We really enjoyed the amenities and the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even provide a bathrobe and comfy slippers for comfort. It's located next to Wieliczka and there is a train station nearby."

Super nice staff, accommodated an early check-in, and were very helpful with the gym. The mattress was probably one of the best i have ever slept on. Nice, quiet location right next to the tram and under 15 minutes from the old town.

We knew there was a short walk to get to the old town but the hotel provided one of our best experiences so the walk was worth it! The staff, room, breakfast, and the couple evening dinners we had at the hotel were excellent which more than compensated for the walk. If you were not up to the 15-20 minute walk, an inexpensive, less than $5, taxi ride was easily at hand.

Our room was spacious and spotless, breakfast was amazing, and the staff very friendly. We loved the location next to the river and just a few minutes walk to the city center.

Right next to the salt mine and beautiful property next to park! You can get a tour at any time even if it’s sold out if you stay here. Loved the property!
The spa is a little deceiving, there’s 1 treatment room and no masseuse on site, they have to call and book it. Also the salt soak is a room with a picture of the salt cave on it so it’s not really in a salt cave.

Convenient and close location to the main market...parking is convenient, and you can keep an eye out on your car...well worth the cost of parking here, versus in the street....room was spacious, new and solid....three choices of English news (CNN, BBC and DW)....not much else, though, for TV entertainment. Restaurant was good, and the morning breakfast buffet had a great variety to choose from...well worth the purchase. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was great for our visit to the salt mine and Krakow. Rooms are large and modern compared to most hotels we've stayed at throughout Europe. We had a 5 min drive to the salt mine and were able to take the train into Krakow as a station is right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great each morning.

What a fantastic gem of a property. Surrounded by woods in a quiet neighborhood, immaculate hotel with professional staff and free parking. We felt absolutely safe walking to nearby shops and dining. Also commuter train nearby. The breakfast was a gigantic buffet of meats, cheeses, fruits, veg, juices, cereals. Just fabulous. Didn ’t get to visit the spa but looked amazing. Zero complaints about this stay.

It was a surprise that this hotel was so lovely--for the price, especially. I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure.
It has a kinda old-world thing going on, with big private balconies and lots of burgundy and lots of dark wood, but the pool and soaking tub is in a very shiny, fetchingly designed new building.
The staff is young, vibrant and all...

My return to Krakow after 20 years was made complete by the fully professional, helpful and kind staff at Hotel Senacki. The location is ideal (just three blocks from the town square - i.e. guiet). Church bells, singing or performing musicians and horse hoofs are all that you'll hear if you choose to open the window and let the world into your very comfortable and spacious room. The street is pedestrian only - no cars allowed! - a plus, plus.

This hotel was great. We stayed in the "new" section, so I'm not sure what the other one is like. The pool was so romantic, like swimming in a private cave, and the spa was wonderful. The only negative is the map that Expedia links you to (and google maps, as well) shows the hotel 1.5 blocks away from its actual location and on the wrong side of the street. The actual location is only about 100 feet from the Market Square. That, coupled with the fact that the hotel's sign is not illuminated,...
