We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property.

I wish that this property had air conditioning because the spacious double bedroom was perfect for our family. It was very hot and humid at night though. The staff were excellent and the dinner we had in the restaurant was really tasty. Overall it was a really nice property with easy parking (a true luxury in Europe) but I would suggest picking a stay when temps aren't hitting 32 degrees celsius.

Very happy

Clean and tidy. The room was great for a family of 4. Convenient for many things. We were going to use the public transit to get around town, but discovered Bolt for taxi was do cheap that we used that. Breakfast was very good, staff was outstanding, the only thing that could improve was the beds were a bit hard, so we didn't sleep well. Overall, it is easy to rank this 5/5.

Great Stay

Excellent. Quick and friendly check-in. Helpful front desk staff (was looking for a taxi or uber into the city center the next morning). Comfort/Condition as advertised and competitive for the price. Would stay again. Sorry I had to leave early and missed free breakfast in the morning.

Very good

Great location, friendly pleople, very clean. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast good, but could be better taken care of. Refull of products is poorly compare to other hotels, so better don't arrive to late at breakfast ;).

Good hotel

Hotel is located close to krakow center ( you just need to get tram no. 20. The tram stop is about 4 min walk from the hotel and the trip is about 10-15mins to krakow center). The staff were very helpful, polite and spoke good english and they also operate a 24hr reception desk. Room had all the basics covered with plenty of power sockets. Breakfast was included with plenty of choice on offer. The very near surrounding area appeared clean and safe although I didn't venture too much around the wider area. On my floor they had a library that you could just use to sit and relax and look outside. Only issue was the TV. There didn't appear to be any English channels. WiFi was stable and fast.

Далеко от центра

Отель находится достаточно далеко от центра в ничем непримечательном месте. Поездка до центра занимает 15 минут на трамвае, пешком не доберётесь, поэтому учтите те, кто любит исследовать новые места через пешие прогулки. Окна нашего номера выходили на проезжую часть, так как было жарко и в номере нет кондиционера, то пытались спать с открытым окном, но не получилось из-за шума. Завтраки действительно хорошие, в номере чисто. Сам номер маленький.

Nice, clean, friendly hotel

Very helpful staff and a nice, clean room. I especially liked the unique areas such as the library. A bit far out of the centre, but very conveniently close to public transport, so not really a problem. The breakfast was nice and a good stay.

Very good.

Excellent hotel / guest house that is very worthy of its favourable reviews. Spotlessly clean. Friendly bi lingual staff. Good breakfast included (usual European fare; cold.meats/cheeses and cereals). Excellent price. Just be aware that this property is well out of the old town area however it can be reached in circa 10 minutes by tram which stops about a 5 minute walk away; nowhere near as difficult as it sounds and it certinally wasn't a problem for me. I would stay again.

のどかな場所に泊まりたかったので、郊外ですがこちらのホテルにしました。 朝食をいただきましたが、食事が美味しかったです。 お部屋もリノベーションしたとのことで、とてもキレイでした。 staffの方も良くして下さり、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
