The only thing I would recommend is that the owner notify potential renters that there is no elevator service.

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

Best hotel in the city

Really good in general, free airport shuttle, they helped me with money exchange, printing documents, luggage storage. Breakfast is excellent!

Staff was great Karolina and Martin were really nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to everything. I totally recommend this place

I will stay here every time I am in Krakow. Incredible hospitality, great food, knowledgeable staff, comfortable everything. I was shocked how great of an experience I could have in a hotel.

This is a great hotel located in an old industrial building that has been beautifully renovated. It's modern, with fantastic design, many great amenities, very helpful staff and located next door to a big shopping mall with numerous restaurants, modern art museum, movie theater and other entertainment options.

Beautiful classic hotel within the Old Town walls - Old wall ramparts right across the street. Excellent kind staff. Great comfortable room. Convenient walk from train station. Five minute walk to main square.

Great new hotel a stones throw from the main square and the main railway station. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a little bar in the lobby and decent breakfast. For a 3.5 star hotel it definitely punches above its weight.

This place was delightful. All staff was friendly and helpful; they truly seemed to enjoy their job. Food great, bar great and rooms were arranged very nicely for travelers. Perfect location!

Great pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The apartment is modern and clean. It is across the river from Wawel Hill, and within walking distance of most of the historic sites in Krakow.

Super convenient to arrive to by train from the city and be in your room in 10 minutes, and equally extremely easy and time-saving to get to airport in the early morning.

Excellent location! Three minutes' walk to the main square. You can hear the hourly trumpet from St. Mary's Basilica and we could see the tower from our room, too.

I didn’t explore much as it was a very short stay before I left for Wrocław. But I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Beautiful!
