"A good breakfast, slightly on the expensive side. Staff friendly and helpful. Very confortable bed and pleasant room. TV had CNN, but would have preferred BBC News. Very convenient for getting to the old town, and near to the central station for travel by train to and from the airport. "

"The kitchen wasn't used but the facilities were they if needed. The rokm was well fuenished and of a good size. The bedroom had a king sized (two large singkes joined together) and good quality bedding. The bathroom was spotless and ha everything you need including toiletries and a hair dryer. Complimentary gowns and slippers too. A small balcony was available if required but the weather was too cold to sit out. The staff were all very friendly, polite, courteous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Monika, who was on reception on the day of arrival, also gave a very helpful and detailed overview of the local area, pinting out key places and good dining locations. A lovely hotel in close proximity tonthe old town but far enough away to be restful and quiet. Would recommend it to anyone visiting this charming city."

"Breakfast plentiful - buffet service. Rooms clean - only small gripe that tea bags not replenished and only 2 provided and no milk! No problem as bar staff happy to give us some milk. Bar and restaurant staff excellent. Swimming pool cold! Lockers provided but would be good to have spinner for costumes? Spa treatments excellent."
