"Breakfast was a bit of free for all. No-one greeted you and sat you to a table - surprising that no-one checked our room number after day1. This meant people hovering for a seat as you normally see in a busy MacDonalds. The breakfast in terms of continental was ok. The hot breakfast was unfortunately lacking - it was luke warm and some too hard and inedible. But the hotel in its decor and facilities otherwise was very good. Also surprised that activities in Krakow were not promoted with reputable organisations."

I found the pillows a bit soft so I asked for a hard one (they put a card in the room advising you can do this!) and it was perfect. The staff were really polite and helpful. Would definitely stay at a Puro hotel again!"
