"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "Perfect place to navigate the city from. Big comfy bed and even provided an extra duvet as on first night I got a bit cold. Absolutely have the breakfast option, French toast and pancake options were sensational. Coffee and toiletries provided in the room. Helpful friendly staff always available. Was able to borrow a charger for my phone as I left mine at home and on the day we left early for our trip to Zakopane they ordered us a breakfast bag to take with us on request. Highly recommend. "
