Great Just a few hiccups

The Staff and service at the hotel were great! It lacks some amenities like central air so I always felt hot. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating! Thanks to Leslie from catering, Nicholas as the front desk And Felix for making our trip memorable!

Super comfortable beds, nice staff, close to spa. Breakfast was great, too. Only downside was that they ran out of some breakfast items an hour before breakfast was supposed to end. Long lines for coffee machine. Nice tea selection. Would definitely stay again.

Room was too basic for a 4 star hotel! Not even providing mini bar or kettle. Lack of staffs at reception, turned out they are all having breakfast. Breakfast was too pricey for a very limited items, everything was cold, empty for breakfast buffet at 10:00am on Sunday when the breakfast time is until 11am.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier und hatten leider was weit hinten war und wir mussten unsere Sachen ein ganzes Eck schleppen. (Sind mit den Motorrädern unterwegs) Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Im Grunde in Ordnung, jedoch sehr altmodisch und teils renovierungsbedürftig. Zwei Glasaufzüge, einer davon meist außer Betrieb, der Andere ruckelt und die Türen quietschen enorm. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, nur einen (alten) Standventilator. Das kann hier, gerade im Sommer, schonmal sehr warm werden. Unser Zimmer war ok, das Bad eher alt und teils defekt (Zimmerdecke), alter Föhn und keine Beleuchtung in der Badewanne (Wird als Dusche genutzt). Der Einstieg in diese Badewanne ist sehr hoch und ein Griff zum festhalten gibt es auch nicht. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten, nicht auszurutschen. Einen Kühlschrank und auch einen Safe gab es am Zimmer nicht. Die Bettwäsche, explizit die Kopfkissen, sind sehr weich und der Nacken dürfte noch länger die Verspannung spüren. Generell ist Preis/Leistung ok - Aber 4 Sterne? Sorry. Hier wäre eine Neubewertung angebracht. Aber wir wollen ja auch etwas positives verlauten lassen: Das Frühstücksbuffet ist echt gut und generell ist es im Hotel weitgehend sauber!
