The room was quiet, great view, hot spa and fireplace. Though the fireplace is your only source of heat and it got too hot at night, need to turn it way down to sleep. Also the wood and tile floors were too cold to walk on, had to always wear socks. This would be a 5 Star rating except for the check in process. It was annoying because they said someone would be at the office from 4-8pm and we arrived at 6pm and there was no one. I was unable to register online so they told me the staff would help me when I got there but there was no staff. Had to call them and text my photo of my drivers license and take a selfie before they provided our room number and code to get in.

The property and room was exceptional. Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Clean rooms. Fireplace. Safe and quiet. Very limited dining options, so plan ahead. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

The only complaint that we had was that there was not a screen on the sliding door to the patio. These were newly renovated rooms, and they were very clean and nice.

The property has been updated, staff and service is excellent, the rooms are clean with a large flat screen TV, refrigerator, Keurig, microwave and many opportunities to plug in devices/charge. I loved the hot tub/jacuzzi. Plus we have a bay view and an outside sitting area. It’s also pet friendly!
