Unobstructed ocean and beach views from rear deck, living room, and kitchen, makes one forget city life; private English country style garden provides a sanctuary for birds. Cook a meal on the gas BBQ while you enjoy watching the waves crash on the shore and the sounds of the Pacific Ocean. Or, slip onto the padded bay-window seat with a cup of coffee, a cozy fire, and watch a storm roll in. DVD, VCR, and satellite TV are available in the living room and master bedroom

Cook a holiday meal in the convection oven and/or the gas range while you watch the tide roll in and out. The dining room is one my favorite spots in the cottage since it offers views of both the garden and the ocean. Close off the den from the rest of the house and enjoy a good book or take a nap on the comfy couch. The loft has a queen bed with a sky-light and views of the ocean and hilly ranch land to the east. Master Suite has a king bed with french doors opening out to the front garden courtyard. This unique ocean-front property is a 10-minute walk to the beach.
