"I loved this hotel. Konstanz is a beautiful town and this hotel is in the center of it all. Walking distance from both the port and train station. The hotel is in a former monastery. It is located right on the lake and rooms have both city and lake views. I stayed in a single on the 4th floor. The elevator goes to the 3rd but the hotel offered to take my luggage up if I did not want to go up the one flight of stairs. My room was super nice and clean. The bathroom was great. Would totally recommend to anyone."

"Great location, very accommodating staff. The hotel is currently under renovation, and the new rooms look great, but the hotel itself seems like a construction site, so they may want to warn the guests when they make a reservation. It will be great once the renovation is complete."

"Good location, in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to shops, restaurants and the train station. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Level of spoken English is also very good."

"Checkin was quite easy. Breakfast selection is quite limited but taste great. I love the coffee and the fruit juice. All staff were very courteous and helpful. Quite near in the restos around the area. "

"Modern hotel, on the river front with good amenities. Very light and airy. It is a 20 minute or so walk from the old town / railway station which suited me but worth bearing in mind. My room was large and spacious with a partial view of river. Very pleasant dining room, overlooking river where they serve a very good breakfast with huge choice. On top floor there is a spa, relaxing atmosphere - I booked a massage and the therapist was delightful. Reception staff were helpful and cleaning staff accommodated a special request I had. Great place for a few nights in a lovely town, plenty of nature and walking options nearby."
