Our stay overall was excellent except on the first morning when the lady serving breakfast was quite abrupt. Our room was spotless as was the en suite. Breakfast and dinner had a varied menu and again both excellent. Free parking on site and an easy walk to the town centre. Would highly recommend this hotel for their high standards and friendly staff.

The Hospitality from the Staff made my stay very enjoyable.Very accommodating. If you like a traditional English Breakfast you will not be disappointed in what you are served. The evening meal’s are varied but they are well presented and highly enjoyable.

Excellent Vietnamese food with western options also available for evening meals. Good breakfast in a bright dining room. Bed was comfortable, shower was a very good size and with both a rain head and a detachable wand. Only detractor was a water pump which could be heard any time water was used from a number of rooms but this did not stop a good nights sleep.

The hotel stood out from the slightly run down town. The restaurant was excellent and better than anything else in the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ensuite in the room was clean and functional, but the room only had basic tea, and coffee making facilities (no biscuits). Other than that we were very happy with the hotel.

The property was well priced and the breakfast was ok for the price. There is parking but its tight to access through a narrow archway. Note ANPR so give details on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower looked recently installed. What was less good was while the door locked the catch so it couldnt be opened from the outside didn't. Also the corridor door and outside was noisy. The breakfast was a bit cold and it tasted like margarine was used rather than butter on the muffin. All in all ok without being great. The restaurant smelled great though but unfortunately I had already eaten. Might be worth visiting for the restaurant rather than the hotel.

Room was great, but i booked this place over other options for the Pool, Sauna, Steam room. However, these facilities remained out of action for the duration of my stay, making this booking disappointing and over priced. There was no notice at time of booking that the facilities were out of action or i would have booked elsewhere.

The room was great, spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The staff very helpfull. We had our evening meal in the restuarant and thoroughly enjoyed it, as we also did at breakfast the following morning. Would definitely stay here again.
