The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff."

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"

"Upon check-in I got to my room and saw a dead cockroach right next to my bed. Anyone who would’ve glanced in could’ve seen it. I took a picture and went back to change rooms. The next room they gave me was a double bed room, which I initially booked a single bed. I informed them, and they sent some guys to “combine” the two beds into one. Overall the rooms do not look as impressive as the pictures online. I took pictures of cob webs, dirt and rust in the rooms. Definitely not worth the money spent "
