We were disappointed with our stay. The hotel did not provide drinkable water, which felt unreasonable given the heat—our only option was to purchase it from the mini fridge at a marked-up price. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and despite asking for it to be fixed, normal attempts to fix it were made. The front desk was often unattended, and when staffed, the service was unfriendly. They also advertise a shared social space with a bar, but during our stay, it was completely unstaffed and unusable. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s description.

Geçen sene çok memnun kaldığımız için tercih etmiştik fakat ne yazıkki bu sefer memnun kalmadık. Otel hazırlıksız gibiydi yemekler iyi değildi. Havuzun içindeki jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Sabah kahvaltısı yetersizdi bir daha çok terci hedeceğimi düşünmüyorum. Ayrıca check outta çok yüksek bir tutar ödedik hiç alkol içmememize rağmen

Modern Premise and Beautiful Service

I recommend this beautiful place to lovely couples. It is a nature-friendly modern premise located in the middle of the mediterian climate. It has a beautiful ambient and photogenic locations to make your moments unforgettable. Hospitality and service of the hotel personal were also unforgettable.

Bella Sombra

Otelin mimarisi ve tasarımı muhteşem. Fakat sanki otelin sahibi sanki oteli çalışanlara bırakmış gibi. Çalışanlar iyi niyetli olsa da çok deneyimsiz. Check-in ve check-out esnasında herkes aşırı ilgisizdi. Kahvaltıda ve gün indeki yemeklerde de malesef bu tip bir otelde değil de sıradan bir otelde kalırmış gibi hizmet ve bilgilendirme vardı. Örneğin kimse çıkarken bagajlarımızı taşımayı teklif etmedi, ya da checkin'den önce klimayı önceden açmak için check'in saatimizi sormak için aramalarına rağmen geldimizde klima açık değildi. İçkilerin içeriklerini sorduğumda garson bilgi veremedi. Kahvaltıda istediğimiz kahve unutuldu vb. Kısaca çok iyi bir otel olmasına rağmen başında full time biri olmadan lüks butik otel olmayacak gibi. Lokasyonu sahile 8-10 dk yürüme mesafesinde ama gece yürümek için iyi bir yol değil çünkü karanlık, düzgün bir kaldırım yok ve arabalar hızlı geçebiliyor. Ondan arabanız olmasını tavsiye ederim. Havuzun aurası güzel fakat derinlik 1.40. Birçok otelde böyle tabi ama yüzmek istiyorsanız yine bir beach cluba gideceğinizi de düşünün.
