I would like to downgrade this hotel for the rude female receptionist who refused to get me ice for my diabetes medicine today, but the breakfast was 6 star, so it took my rating back from 4 stars to 5 stars. I still recommend this hotel and found the ice I needed anyways, although the Proseco on the buffet maybe slightly warmer. :p

Location is good, on a quiet street but close to a lot of what you would like to see. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The parking in front of the hotel was nice to have. As the days were hot the air conditioning was appreciated. Definitely recommend

I didn’t speak German and the front desk staff were so helpful and spoke great English. The included breakfast was so delicious. You couldn’t beat their location. It was in the middle of everything. My daughter is at the university there so when I visit I will stay there.
