We invite you to spend your Baltic Sea vacation in our 2013 newly and lovingly furnished apartment for 4 people.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house and extends over 2 floors. It offers space for 4 people in 2 bedrooms and a common living and kitchen area.

The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe and is located on the first floor. You can end the day at sunset on the adjacent balcony.
Also on the first level is the modern open living and dining area with access to the 2nd Balcony where you can start the day with a leisurely breakfast. In the high-quality kitchen, you don't have to do without anything on vacation and find u. a. a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven with integrated microwave and an extensive range of glasses, dishes and kitchen utensils.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

From the hall you can reach the large open sleeping gallery in the 2nd Floor with 2 single beds, comfortable seating and a 2nd TV and DVD player.

In front of the house there is a parking space belonging to the apartment.

Unser Mädelswochenende in dieser Unterkunft war super. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und in ruhiger Lage das perfekte Fleckchen um die Batterien wieder aufzuladen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Föhn, Küchenutensilien… alles da. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10min erreicht und es gibt einige Lädchen und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit die leider viel zu schnell verging aber ich bin mir sicher…wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war leicht und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut - wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Sauber, ordentlich gepflegt. Wir würden wiederkommen :-) Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung im 1. Stock bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung war ruhig, nicht weit zum Strand. wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Sie war sehr gepflegt und hatte auch genug Platz. Wir sind zu dritt verreist und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist füe 4 Personen ausgelegt, allerdings hat der Schlaraum auf der Galerie keine Türen. Das kann für 4 Erwachsene ein Problem sein. Ein paar Kaffeefilter für den ersten Morgenkaffee wären sehr hilfreich gewesen. Aber die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Schön waren auch die Bedienungsanleitungen füt dir umbekannten Küchengeräte. Wir verbrachten eine gute Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist top, nah am Strand. Das Haus besteht aus 4 Parteien, 2 unten und 2 oben. Die Siedlung besteht aus mehreren solchen Häuschen. Man hat zwar genug Nachbarn um einen rum, aber es hält sich in Grenzen mit dem Lärm usw. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man hat 2 Etagen zur Verfügung, 2 Balkone auf der 1. Etage. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und es fehlte nahezu nichts wichtiges. Wir mussten uns erst rantasten, bis wir das richtige Lüftungsverhalten rausgefunden hatten, da es sich relativ stark erwärmt, es gibt keine Außenrollos. Ansonsten gibt es genug Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es gibt eine moderne Dusche. Man muss wissen, dass dieser Ort sehr klein ist und man kann kaum ohne Auto einkaufen. Ganz in der Nähe sind nur kleine Shops, wo man Brötchen holen kann oder andere Kleinigkeiten, natürlich ziemlich teuer. Aber ansonsten mit Auto oder Fahrrad 3 km bis zum nächsten Netto. Es gibt keine richtige Strandpromenade. Der Strand ist sehr steinig. Wir mussten uns am 2. Tag Aquaschuhe kaufen, sonst kann man sich leicht schneiden. Sonst wäre es zu schade gewesen, relativ nah am Strand und dann so viele Steine usw. Mit Aquaschuhen war es aber gut nutzbar. Wenn man einen schönen feinen Sandstrand haben möchte, sollte man eher nach Warnemünde (ca. 13km entfernt). Von diesem Ort aus kann man ganz gut viele andere Orte zu Fuß/per Fahrrad/per Auto/per Mollie erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet,gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist optimal,wenn man mit Kinder reist. Jeden Morgen konnten frische Brötchen geholt werden.

Es war ein sehr schönes Mietobjekt. Die Übergabe des Objektes war unkompliziert und einfach. Der Strand ist nah und auch der nahgelegene Spielplatz bzw. Fitnessparcour wurde von den Kindern gern angenommen. Es war sehr erholsam.

Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung. Für eine 4 köpfige Familie hätten lediglich die Töpfe und Pfannen etwas größer sein dürfen. Bei Problemen mit der Spülmaschine haben die Vermieter sehr schnell und entgegenkommend reagiert.
