"Comfortable bed, but needs blackout curtains...its like daylight! Also, the room we stayed in had a tub shower and its not good...it had a no slip pad that stayed wet and you need caution getting in and out of the small high sided tub. The breakfast was really nice and the property is so quiet. We would stay there again."

Exploring the back roads will lead you to some pretty amazing wineries and gorgeous sights of the hill country. One quick thing. If you travel with furry friends, bring a comb to brush off the little burs. You'll thank me later. Lol."

About 20 minutes from Kerrville and on a good day about 45 to SA. Perfect location to do a little both antiquing and storefront shopping."

Micky's and Vicky's place provided that retreat for us. Kitchen and laundry in house made everything easy. The ranch critters were all charming.
