"The Place was right of the highway a bit left off the road near the Sea World. It is lined up with Texas Limestone and lots of Mesquite trees and ligthing. Went drove into the Round a bout and called for the Concierge. He came to greet us very quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. Place is full of wildlife running around and the rooms where very nice and comfortable. "

"The staff was extremely friendly. We got there around 2am but still received a warm welcome. The room was great! The perfect size for my family. It was conveniently located to food and shopping. It was quiet and parking was good."

"Breakfast was pretty good. Room had ONE HANGER. Staff said could not provide. Bed sheets did not fit and were torn and constantly came loose. Location is great. Pool was very nice. But $300 a night should have been better. We chose this particular hotel due to it being our anniversary with the thought that it would have been a little more luxurious than your basic motel."

"Hot tub was broken one day and comforter was dirty on check-in. Room service only everyother day and towels not restocked. "

"The amenities were very nice. Enjoyed the live music and restaurant. However the door to room was dirty, light was out, room very dark, only one chair on patio, Just in need of General up keep. "

"My room was never cleaned by the staff not even the garbage was taken out. Linens or towels were changed, and having just one elevator makes it a heavy traffic during the weekend. Staff was polite."

"Very nice and classy place. Like all Drury Inns has a good breakfast, and evening happy hour. Nice pool area with outdoor BBQ grills and sitting areas. Lots of places to hang out with your group. Easy access to Airport and North Star Mall. Room was clean, decent space, good water pressure. Good size gym with free weights, mats, treadmill, elliptical, etc."

"We just wrapped up a fabulous stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Villas in San Antonio after spending the previous week at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa nearby. The difference was night and day. From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and helpfulness that continued throughout our entire stay. The customer service here is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and proactive in a way that made us feel truly welcome and cared for. It was such a refreshing change after our disappointing experience at the JW, where the friendliness and overall service fell far short of what we expected. The resort itself is beautiful, with a relaxed Hill Country vibe, spacious and comfortable rooms, and fantastic amenities. We loved the pools, lazy river, and the peaceful grounds—everything felt well-maintained and inviting. Whether you're here for relaxation or family fun, this place delivers. We left much happier than when we arrived, and we’d happily return (and recommend the Hyatt over the other option in the area). Thank you to the entire team for turning our trip around!"
