"Our host was excellent she kept updated on all the information we require with no need to be asked, the property is very spacious and private due to it's position. The area is very peaceful with ease access to the road network, and a bonus of a heated pool at no extra cost."

"No internet. Fans did not work in 2 of 4 bedrooms. Lights did not work in one bedroom. Heating and cooling system did not work, just blew air out but neither hot nor cold air, and it was very cold this weekend at night. Bugs on the wall in the corner of upstairs room. Lack of wash cloths for cleaning ourselves. Low to no water pressure for upstairs sink and shower. Hot water took 15-20 minutes to get warm. Ironing board with no iron. Kitchen sink terribly damaged. Couches were worn out and flat. Entrance to the house is run down and not well kept at all, landscaping in the front was non existent. It was spacious, the carpets were clean and bathrooms were clean and checking in was easy. Washer and dryer worked fine. With all that being said, I would never bring my family back here again nor would I refer anybody to stay here. By far the worst experience I have had renting somebody's home. "

"Nice and clean. The bathroom door was stuck when we arrived. Couldn't open it at all. Only 2 towels and washcloths for 4 days, 2 people. We went and bought some from Walmart. Souvenirs from Florida... lol Communication was awful. Had to text the host. Host sounded like AI. Always canned responses. "I'll contact the team and someone will stop and take a look." The smoke detector ran out of steam, and started beeping at 5 in the morning! "Please, bring us a 9volt battery?" Same response... "Will talk to a team member, etc..." We never saw a "team member" the whole time we were there. We figured it out though. No stove. Nice fridge. The water drained slow in the shower. Leaked around the seal, so there was water water everywhere that we mopped up. Thanks for the use of your property! We appreciated it. We won't be back."
