"Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop."

"The place was very convenient to visit the south coast of West Sussex. We really enjoyed staying there since the place was clean, charming & very well organized for our family. We had everything needed to feel like we were home. This is a very beautiful Cottage and we were lucky to stay there."

"Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! "

"Although parts of the hotel are tired and need some tlc, the room was nice and clean. Lovely comfortable bed, the heater was fine, alot more controllable than most hotels. Staff were fab, gym and pool were really good. Although dinner was rather disappointing, expensive, small portions, in the restaurant, the buffet breakfast was fabulous. We felt for a few minor issues it was still great value for money and would definitely stay again, just not eat there at night ! "
