"Room was great. Only disappointments were around the food. The Suchi restaurant do not detail the quantity of carbohydrates in each piece. I therefore spent the majority of the evening administering additional insulin, to try to bring my blood sugars down. The breakfast was basic, and lacked the beverages being hot enough. "

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Hotel was better than expected after reading the reviews. Previously stayed at the hotel many years ago with previous owners & it has so many facilities for kids it has the potential to be a great hotel (like it used to) Biggest let down was the heat of the room. "Very good value for money hotel stay. Good sized room that was well equipped- free safe, iron and ironing board. Nice additions like plenty biscuits and 2 bottles of water. Check in was pretty quick, only waited 15 minutes. Complimentary muffins at check-in was a nice surprise. Staff very pleasant "
