Great rooms and breakfast but disappointing reception. The reception was not welcoming, ignored benefits I deserve and tried to give me the lowest room available despite being a platinum. I had to argue to get the a decent room. No refill of water bottles despite asking for. If service improve they will be five.

Clean, comfortable enough. Small bathroom. It’s a big hotel, so there’s a wait for the elevator/lift when you’re on the 18th floor. Breakfast at 9 is chaos with hundreds of people.

We were in the newer building. But the exit was routes through the main building so bit of a walk. The breakfast was excellent. Very high quality, loved the coffee. Close to underground and lots of food options. Loved it! Repeat stay here.

This hotel is in an excellent place just opposite Edgware Road tube station. Hotel was spotlessly clean and has great facilities. Check in was quick and staff really friendly. Breakfast was superb with great choice and although queues at peak time staff were quick to find a table. Only negative is coffee machines kept stopping and so long queues for a hot drink.
