I booked this hotel for a one night stay arriving in London a Paddington Station. It was only an 8 minute walk to the hotel, which was great. The staff at checkin and at the concierge desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the cafe and the bar. Again staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was only a minute from the tube station. All in all it was exactly what we wanted. Will stay again.

A great choice for getting around the city — extremely close to both Edgware Road and Paddington stations, which made it easy to hop to different parts of London. The hotel itself is huge, with a great lobby bar and multiple food options right there, so you're never far from a good meal or drink after a day out. The rooms and showers were clean throughout, and staff at every turn were hospitable, helpful, and friendly, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-connected, comfortable base in London.

The room itself was good, but the soundproofing was very poor. I could hear the TV from the room next door almost the entire time. I called the front desk about the issue, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The gym is also very small and doesn’t have enough machines or equipment. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Overall, the room was comfortable, but the noise and lack of response from the front desk really affected my stay.

Good property overall but let down in some areas. The energy and verve in this hotel is unreal. People in the lobby and people in the bar area always. Manager treated us to a complimentary dessert/ drinks for our anniversary and we appreciated that. The King deluxe room was quiet and well sorted. The last 48 hours were much less blissful. Hot water had disappeared by the afternoon and the A/C was not cooling as it had done the first 4 days of our stay! Reaching out to Maintenance did not fix this issue and the front desk seemed lost as to how to fix at midnight. All in all, good but not great!

The concierge staff were particularly top notch. It was a perfect location as a home base in Central London with great subway, bus, and taxi access to all our final touring activity. The hotel also serves a wonderful international community of travelers and we enjoy being in this kind of environment.
