The Neighborhood:
Known for long sunshine hours and vintage English coastal holiday charm, Elmer is situated to the far east of Bognor Regis. The beach at Elmer Sands has a flat expanse of sand at low tide. There are a number of rock sea defences which provide interesting rock pools and islands at low tide ideal to explore for shells, shrimps and crabs. There is a lovely walk which continues on towards Climping.

You won’t have to look far to find things to do in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and the surrounding area. From beautiful coastline walks to seafood restaurants, the famous Pier, playing Crazy Golf or swimming. The area has a variety of attractions and things to see and do.

Going east you’ll find Brighton, under an hour’s drive away, while London is an hour and 40 minutes on the train.

Getting Around:
With plenty of on-road parking, driving to the house is a good option. Bognor Regis is easily reached.

It is only a short walk to tElmer village centre, and a drive to Bognir town centre which offers a further train and bus station along with various shops and popular beaches, a lovely promenade and of course the famous Butlins resort!

Chichester is a 20 minute drive away with its historic cathedral, parks and a great variety of shops/services, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants.

The World-renowned Goodwood Estate is only 25 mins drive away - offering top quality horseracing throughout the season, the highlight being glorious Goodwood. Also Festival of speed in June/July and the Revival meeting in September.
Great area for walks too!

West Wittering - is only about 25 mins away which is popular for its beach & watersports.

Portsmouth is approx 40 mins drive - with the popular Gunwharf Quays - outlet shops, restaurants & harbour, and the Historic Dockyard
