"Mateo is so kind and considerate. I had to make a last-minute change to this apartment-hotel due to another suddenly- and without warning - using heavily fragrances cleaners that qould have sent me to the hospital, and Mateo welcomed me in and made me feel completely at home.
Paola is wonderful. She's very kind and accomodating to cleaning on your schedule. She really takes care of you and makes you feel at home.
