"Staff are very helpful. It was our first stay in Beijing and China so we needed some assistance and the staff were very helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom is dated and the shower is over the bath. But other than the shower, everything was great. Loved our stay."

"Lovely hotel, great staff, and the property was very clean. They came to do the cleaning and bedding everyday. There’s a pretty decent size pool for swimmers. The only issue I can think of is the a/c there was little weak, had to ask the staff to fix it. Overall a great stay, highly recommended."

The hotel has its own direct entrance to the shopping mall, making everything incredibly convenient. The pool and amenities are absolutely top-notch and truly next level. The restaurant on the second floor was excellent, offering buffet-style lunches and dinners with an endless variety of delicious food. Beyond the outstanding facilities, the staff made the experience even better — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay."
