Der neue Schlüsseltresor ist wirklich eine Erleichterung, da wir nun nicht über den Schwarzen Busch an- und abreisen müssen. Wir haben nur zwei Sachen, die man verbessern könnte. "This really is a grand hotel. Would go again. However …. Service was patchy. A good 5 star establishment has greater refinement. Too many small details missing: no tea bags in room, no fresh milk in room fridge, repeatedly tables were laid without a fork or a knife. They don’t know how to serve hot tea - The private beach is beautiful - but nobody checks whether towels are available, nobody clears up during the day."
