"This is a very good value hotel. Conveniently located and near good restaurants. My only complaint: the airport shuttle operates from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. It does not operate for flights taking off early morning. Hotel guests must take a taxi or a ride service which cost between $18 and $25. My hope is that this good hotel can fill-in this gap in providing airport transportation."

"A great spot to check out the vibe of Boise. The hotel did feel slightly worn, but music every night, families, dogs well spread breakfast buffet, all right on the Greenbelt. A happening spot made it all worth it."

"Good things include a refrigerator and microwave, computer workspace, decent climate control, better than average and very adequate lighting, and a budget mattress that was comfortable enough. The biggest downside was a completely trashed computer chair. I asked for a replacement, was told they were all broken, and just got a shrug when I asked about a discount on the rate. Other problems were a sink that barely drained at all, and no soap supplied, though shampoo was. The staff had an attitude of sorry, but we can't do anything, which was unfortunately probably true."

"Will stay there whenever I’m traveling through. Friendly staff, clean rooms. However, bring your own pillow if you’re fussy about pillows. Theirs look nice on a well-made bed, but they’re made for looks, not comfort! Too stuffed and not very soft for my taste. Many hotels are guilty of the same practice."

"The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the staff was kind and helpful but the rest of the amenities were far below par. The breakfast was worth not even showing up for and I fully suggest enjoying breakfast somewhere else. The Jacuzzi was hardly air temp and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in years.think of a tub of bacteria and then it's worse. The hotel is pet friendly towards dogs that never stop barking so if you're looking for peaceful quiet at the end of the day, you won't find it here. You are right next to the express way and a few minutes from the airport so travel access is a plus and less than 5 min to downtown Boise and the university. If you are look for a place just to shower and rest your head and nothing more then you're in luck. If you want to spend any additional time at the property you will be disappointed. Not the worst place I've ever stayed at but it's in the top 3 easily"
