"The shower and bathroom are showing their age. There was a missing portion of the floor molding and the shower was not very clean (edges of caulking and around screws in the door were black and gross) so we chose to not shower. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we arrived, but the person in the morning was nice. This property needs a facelift and a thorough cleaning. We will not be back as there are better options in the area for a similar price. "

"Very close the airport, Applebees right down the street which was nice if you wanted to walk to a quick bite. Breakfast is standard but loved the option. Staff was awesome. My only complaint is the elevator had a pretty bad smell as we stayed 4 nights so it never got better. Other than that, highly recommend a stay here!"

"I came in at 3:30 (check-in is at three) and was told that my room would not be available for another hour which is absolutely ridiculous because I had plans that night and I needed to be in my hotel room to get ready plus I’m out of town so I didn’t have anything to go do. After an hour I came back in and had to wait another 30 minutes. I usually stay at La Quinta down the street but they were booked but I’ve never had to deal with anything like that with them. I understand if it was a slight delay but it was an hour and a half +30 minutes after check-in. The room should be ready at 3 PM. They were also telling other guests that they had to wait. The lady at the front desk was very kind but I will not be staying there again."

"They advertise a restaurant on site but do not say it is only for dinner. There was only coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I had twice requested early check in due to a medical condition and they refused to give it to me until I kept complaining. And their normal check in is not until 4. The front desk staff were not very helpful or sympathetic."

"The heater worked ok but it took lots of adjusting. The toilet took 6 flushes to get clean. The parking was very tight and not near enough spaces. The TV required updating every time you turned it on. The room was reasonably clean but shows lots of wear and tear. For the price they charged I would not recommend this property."

"Comfortable room, friendly staff. I was only there overnight so can’t off a great deal of input. Shuttle to the airport 10 minutes away was a bonus."
