Larger room than expected, parking was easily integrated to the adjacent parking garage also. The staff member who checked us in made us feel very welcome from our long drive
Great hotel! However we booked it only because of the hot tub and no one told us it was going to be out of service. Other than that, super clean and comfy
This hotel is fine, at times their pricing is questionable as they are not a premium property but they are a decent property. If you stay here just make sure to ask for an even numbered room as the main road (Front Street) is very loud and starting at about 5:30 AM the noise is significant ( I believe all odd numbered rooms face Front).
The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was fantastic. Couldn't have been happier- would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.
Lacey checked us in and was just delightful. The room was clean and property was well maintained. The hotel was within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants.
Very nice hotel.
I do feel it’s a little ridiculous that you pay $400 for a few nights to stay in a hotel and then you have to pay for parking on top of it. It should go without saying that most likely 90% of the people who stay overnight in a hotel are going to need a space to park a vehicle.
I’m positive the parking garage makes enough money off of the people utilizing it for public events.
This property was clean and located in a great location. We were able to walk through downtown and over to the Ann Morrison Park. We stayed here through July 4th and sat at the top of the parking garage to watch the fireworks- it was front row view… amazing show!
If you stay here or are visiting Boise and enjoy handcrafted cocktails- you must check out Thick as Thieves!
Some of the staff were extremely helpful. We did not eat at the hotel or experience their bar, we decided to venture out and see what Boise had to offer.
Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if decide to visit Boise again.
The hotel is located near the greenbelt and close to the colleges, there is a restaurant but there are several within walking distance too. The staff were friendly and helpful. I noticed that laundry was available to be sent out for guests who were there longer than we were.
This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we've ever had.
When we arrived, the shower had no body wash. I contacted room service to request a refill, but was told they had none available, so we had to drive to a nearby store and buy our own.
The next day, I requested fresh towels. Instead of bringing them to our room, I was told to come to the front desk because there wasn't enough staff. While I understand staffing challenges, the way it was communicated was not very courteous or guest-focused.
I also asked for replacement Keurig coffee pods for our second day, but again was told they didn't have any.
To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off and we were forced to evacuate the building. Later, the TV in our room stopped working as well. It felt like the room had not been properly maintained.
We usually stay at another Hilton property in downtown because we've always had excellent experiences with Hilton hotels. We only chose this hotel because our preferred room type wasn't available at our usual location. Unfortunately, this stay was a huge disappointment and did not meet the standard we've come to expect from the Hilton brand.
We will not be staying at this property again.
