I normally stay at Marriotts, so I’m not super familiar with Hilton properties. I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with this hotel! The rooms are very spacious, the staff is super friendly, and every amenity is provided. The lobby is big, bright and comfortable for lounging, and coffee and tea are provided all day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Boise.

Accessibility to downtown, easy to get in and out, no key required. Nice kitchen etc.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lobby is warm and cozy. Nice that there’s coffee and tea in the lobby along with the afternoon cookies. Continental breakfast is a full breakfast. Noticed that a bowl of fruit, oranges and bananas are left out throughout the day for folks to have a healthy snack. Good idea and the fruit doesn’t go to waste.

Always a great stay here at this location! This is our first pick of all the hotels in Boise each time.

This was a very solid stop-over on our drive back home. New, sparkling-clean and felt safe, and very walkable to good coffee shops. Jodi was so, so helpful! The bathrooms offer little privacy, but were fine for our family of 3. We will definitely stay again.

One night stay in nice clean hotel with a comfortable bed and quiet room. Hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is behind a shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I recommend this hotel. I will be staying here again in the future.

Great location for walking to restaurants, movie theater and Saturday morning market. Short Uber ride to many wineries for tastings in Garden City. We rented bikes at a near by shop for riding along the river and green belt. It was nice having a quick breakfast included and live music on the weekend with a bar in the lobby. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. A fee for parking but that’s any downtown location.

Clean room, amazing pool, awesome show (CHAZ!!) at the sapphire room. Didn’t care for our hostess at the sapphire room. Felt like he wasn’t very happy to be there, wasn’t easily available (had to track down other hostess to get service) and felt like he wasn’t very happy annoyed to have to serve us. Breakfast host staff (and breakfast) was amazing though so that made up for it…and the free chocolate chip cookies are a nice touch! Will definitely be back.

No dislikes, It was really convenient. Walking distance from shopping and meals!
