"This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Eric at check-in was exceptional; polite, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly set the tone for our entire stay and just seemed like an all-around great guy.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the breakfast was superb with plenty of great options to start the day. The location of the Hampton Inn Downtown Boise was also fantastic, convenient, walkable, and perfect for exploring the city.
To make our stay even more special, the team surprised us with a thoughtful little gift for our 25th wedding anniversary — such a kind touch that meant a lot to me.
