Have your vacation in Paradise! This duplex is located in the heart of Pine Island a couple of blocks of the four way stop (center of the island).

The left side of this cozy duplex features one bedroom queen bed with on-suite bathroom and another room/living room with a full size sofa bed that could accommodate up to 2 more people, has Cable TV and WiFi, radio and portable speakers.
The impeccable kitchen features a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and everything you need during your stay. You'll find ample of towels and pillows. We'll include a cooler for your excursions and fishing poles if you enjoy fishing from the bridge located 5 minutes away.
Enjoy your meals in the nice front porch with a dining table to enjoy the beautiful weather.

February snow birding

Clean cozy and with comfortable bed. All the essentials provided. Easy check in and host with very responsive to any questions and needs. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Great community pool at the end of the street. Neighbors very friendly and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants and activities.

Perfect, central location to experience Pine Island

This is the perfect spot for a long weekend. Very close to the community pool and centrally located on the island. We were able to walk to some local restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and the place was perfect for a long weekend. Highly recommend! We visited a mango farm and we can't wait to return for some mango chutney in the fall/winter.

Great location. Very clean

Great location to restaurants and entertainment. Froggy‘s was a lot of fun great band. . Rented a boat caught a couple of large snook. Highly recommend the blue dog restaurant. Crab in season right now on the island is very delicious. You can buy crab at the local market there which is very reasonable. House was comfortable. Comfortable Bed. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of towels which was a treat. Would Highly recommend

Quiet stay

Clean house, perfect size for two people coming and going, good supply household items like dishes, beach towels, games. Pine island is a nice quiet place to return to after spending a day at the beach or in a more populated area. Could use a couple more basic items such as a pot holder, pepper, oil.

Cozy and convenient

We had a great stay in this little gem. Small kitchen, supplemented by a gas grill, was serviceable for making meals for the 2 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and eating or just relaxing. Also caught some March Madness on the tv. Pine Island has plenty of outdoor activities: walking, biking, kayaking. Plus, a couple fresh seafood markets. Neighbors are nice, too. Highly recommend this cozy place with a great host!

Pleasant stay

This property was close to all the basics, like grocery, library, community pool, island museum. gas, and bike rental shop. I really appreciated the fact that there is a bikeway the entire length of the island.

Quiet and Clean

It was my second time staying there. Is always very clean and quiet. I travel to the area for business and to enjoy southwest Florida. It works very well for me. Lynn is a very nice and friendly lady.

Pine Island Getaway

This is a lovely rental unit located in the center of Pine Island which makes exploring very easy. We brought our bikes and made use of the bike trail which runs the length of the island to St. James City and Bokeelia. There are lots of restaurants close by including some popular spots at Matlacha. Close to the rental are tennis courts, walking trails which we enjoyed with our dog and a shopping mall. The people on Pine Island are very friendly. The one bedroom rental was perfect for two people and was very clean. The bed was comfy. We also enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the evening.W​e would recommend Lynn' s rental.

Pine Island Retreat

This Pine Island apartment was clean, tidy and close to the hiking trails, boating and fishing in the area. The property was nestled on a quiet street but close to the major highway in and out of the island. Stores and restaurants were a few minutes by car and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel are within a forty minute drive from the property. We enjoyed our stay and meeting our hosts. We would recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a quiet, out of the way spot to enjoy the natural beauty of the island.

Perfect Choice for Laid-Back Pace and Super-Friendly People!

My husband and I spent 8 days at this very clean, cozy, and comfy cottage. We absolutely loved the very friendly and helpful owner, Lynn, as well as all of the wonderful people we encountered - the folks at the local shops and restaurants as well as those at Matlacha. The food was excellent, especially at the Blue Dog restaurant! Within about an hour's drive, we visited Sanibel Island, the Edison/Ford Museum, Boca Grande, Ft. Myers Beach, Six Mile Cypress Preserve, and Matlacha. We enjoyed the parks in Bokeelia and Matlacha, including the readily available kayaks, bike rentals, boat excursions, etc. nearby. Awesome experience - thank you Lynn!!

A nice quiet home base for our stay.

The property was great and had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a quiet area and made it easy to rest. The owners were very easy to work with and very responsive.
