"Old building not in a good shape, needs repairs. In my room balcony door not properly attached, one electric wall socket not working, tv not working. Basic things, shower, kitchen corner ok. Balcony good. Overpriced"

"Great location, about 15min walk to prime ocean locations. Unfortunately, a cat was in our unit at some time...smelled of kitty and we all woke up with runny nose's and red eyes. Also, make sure you get the instructions to turn on the hot water...we recieved them late. Nice place though."

"I understand it may not be the management's fault but when we arrived at the propriety there were people inside the room smoking. Because of that, when we entered the room, it was smelling like cigarettes.
