"This place is amazing. Communication with owner was outstanding. House is very roomy with six adults, extremely clean. Beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Great secluded backyard just a few minutes from downtown Minocqua. Parking accommodates 3 cars and a pontoon. This a repeat rental for us and will be back again"

"Pros: beautiful property with great views of the lake with a nice patio and an incredible deck off the master bedroom. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the common areas were cozy. Kitchen had all the necessary cookware and newer appliances. Parking in the lot was easy and close by. It was a short walk into town and convenient to head to any part of the greater Minocqua area. Cons: restaurant just 100 feet away has outdoor live music on the weekends. While it is done by 10 p.m., it is very loud inside the condo, particularly in the master bedroom. Just a consideration for those that are early to bed. Attached garage stall is convenient but very small, and most SUVs and all trucks will need to park in the lot. No blinds or drapes on the main patio door, so easy to see in for anyone on the grounds after dark."
