It’s right in the heart of Porto on Avenida dos Aliados, making it incredibly easy to walk to the major landmarks, São Bento station, and local restaurants. Everything was top-tier. The hotel itself is stunning and modern. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa facilities. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed provided a perfect night’s sleep. "Excellent "funky" and push hotel with spacious rooms, fresh and varied breakfast (for an extra fee), courteous staff, and a very modern look. Parking available nearby, also for a fee, Just a couple of blocks away from the main plaza (Ayuntamiento de Porto) and a few (but funny and amenable to walk) blocks from the Duoro River. I would come back anytime! "

"Overall the experience was average. There needs to be better communication between hotel staff and spa staff. We requested the front desk’s help with booking spa service as one of the days we were there, it was going to be raining the whole day. The day before the spa reservation request, we were going to be out the full time the spa was open and the spa did not take online reservations which is why we asked for assistance with front desk. The front desk never checked for us or provided confirmation. It was very underwhelming service. Another lack of assistance was when we asked front desk for dinner recommendations, no desire to help us. There were a few helpful employees, that contributed to an enjoyable stay. "
