The hotel was modern and the room with a private hot tub on the balcony was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and breakfast each morning offered a tasty and varied selection of foods. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Porto.

The staff were friendly, facilities very clean. Breakfast was a good choice. We had the king bed with business area and the room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Location wise well placed as could walk to many tourist places.

Bessa hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. The hotel was very clean and neat and the pool was a plus for the hot summer days. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

This hotel is beautiful and staff was extremely nice! The hotel is not but the location is not ideal if it’s your first time visiting. The beds are extremely hard like super hard. I was there for one night and did not get any sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable. The towels were a bit stringy and caused me to breakout. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to those things.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every member of staff was brilliant! All very friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. We stayed to celebrate my birthday, and my Alma kindly helped my boyfriend organise a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a birthday cake waiting in our room, which made my day extra special! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

This was a pretty hotel and the front staff was so polite and helpful. They gave us 2 free glasses of wine upon arrival! The room had a nice terrace, and everything was comfy and clean. I recommend the shower have a bathmat or an anti-slip surface for safety. But they did offer slippers, at least. I don’t like how there are 2 master light switches that turn off all the lights. It was easy to hit by mistake and accidentally turn off all the lights. But aside from that, it was a lovely stay in a quiet area

Hotel organised taxi was a great start. Location was great once we realised we were so close to main shopping street. Hotel breakfast and evening food was very good. Hotel was well designed with relaxed smart appearance. We booked a room with outside space to relax but Hotel garden was so good it was not used. Room was short of wardrobe space for us traveling for 10 days and wanting to unpack for the 3 days in Porto at start of holiday. Staff all very professional but friendly with it and happy to duscuss Porto. Gym was good and pool nice and unexpectely relaxing space.

The breakfast was excellent. The variety and standard of food was exceptional. The staff were great. I’m Gluten free and they brought out warm bread in a sealed bag every morning. Can’t ask for anything more.
