Really great hotel!

the hotel is great, well located right in the center so we could do everything walking. Really nice room, breakfast is nice, only down is the lack of option for vegetarian and vegan.

The amenities, food and staff were all exemplary. During the power crisis, the hotel went into overdrive and did an extremely good job. They can be justifiably proud of themselves. Thank you. A great place to stay. I would recommend it. Next time, I would pay more for the superior room as I think the layout is better.

We loved BessaHotel Baixa! The common areas - front lobby; breakfast buffet and dining room, and; back garden are all gorgeous. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options and everything is very fresh. The staff are very friendly and there to help you with directions and suggestions for places to see and dine at. It's close to many of the charming neighbourhoods of Porto and about a 20 minute walk down to the water (where the nightlife, views and dining are wonderful!). Highly recommend.

Nice hotel in general but a few minor critiques. Our room had a great view and jacuzzi but the air conditioning vents rattled quite noticeably and the buffet breakfast was underwhelming. Lastly, the laundry service is confusing. 7/10. Thanks.

The rooms are very cool, clean and modern with excellent storage. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay and the location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to some of the busier areas but away from the noise. You can walk just about anyplace you'd like to see in 15 minutes or less.
