"I stayed for 9 days had to asked for towels, trash can dump, no one cleaned my room. This place is in the heart of downtown from early mornings to late evenings expected noise from traffic and people. I had to keep the windows and patio door open, because of hot room,just to keep the room cool.
The area is good during the day time,but at night at your own risk."

"Do not stay here. If you are trying to have enjoy MedellĂn you will not here. The staff not only doesnât speak English. But they purposely add additional charges whenever they see fit. They lied and tried to charge me a dirty room fee for a room I never entered. After charging me for âfreeâ breakfast and not to mention my booking was for 3 seperate rooms just to only have them be able to accommodate for 2. Absolutely the worst decision of my trip was staying here. And I would hate for anyone else to fall victim to this disappointment. "
