My few days stay was very relaxing. Good and very friendly service. From the Hotel to Premium shopping mall is just 3 minutes walk and San Diego shopping mall 9 minutes walking distance. Transportation is no problem at all. I would definitly go back to that hotel for my next Medellin trip.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was very nice pretty cool location with a good view. The bad thing was I did not like the bed. It was small and it hurt my back really bad. Also, you could hear everybody talking next-door and outside 3 o’clock in the morning, I kept me awake.

Staff were great. A bit off the grid but everything is super accessible by Uber/taxis at reasonable prices to get to better areas or points of interest. A metro station is about 10 minute walk from the hotel. Gym needs renovations / equipment. Sauna isn’t operational although advertised. Breakfast is decent.

The location is not so bad, but the bedrooms are too noisy. You can clearly hear when the others guest arrive at their bedroom. You can hear the doors open and close. The housekeepers are not thrust worthy. Everytime you leave your bedroom, you have to lock your things in your suitcase. The frontdesk employees are very kind and those from the restaurant. It’s good to stay at if you are not going to be at the hotel during the day. If you are going to use it only to sleep at

The property is nice and clean, both the cleaning staff and the staff in the restaurant food area have excellent service. You can see their dedication and the excellent customer service by Doña Liliana and Doña Patricia and the rest of the people, which Which I can't say about the front desk, the first one, inaccurate, very bad, the client does not care, the lack of training, customer service, how rude she was and lack of respect on the part of the person who was there during my stay, was constant rudeness and arrogance, just for this reason and an extra charge that was made to me after having paid the complete package through the application, the first time that this has happened to me compared to previous trips and I do not return and I do not recommend the Mi San Diego hotel due to the bad times or an apology and received from the representative or the same person from the front desk

Good location as near 2 shopping malls with a lot of restaurant options near by. Breakfast is good and room is clean. Properry is kind of outdated as I stayed my 1st time, 9 years ago and nothing has changed. WiFi could be better in these days. Yes, I will stay again and keep recommending to family and friends
