"Fin modtagelse. Fin lejlighed. Lidt hård seng uden topmadras, til gengæld et plus at der var dyne og ikke tæppe/ lagen, samt Nespressomaskine og kapsler, microovn og stort badeværelse. Området er lidt skummelt med mange unge mænd der hænger og ryger hash på gaden, men det stopper efter to gader. Ellers fin beliggenhed tæt på banegården og centrum. Kan anbefale at se byen fra rådhustårnet og gåtur til San Luca gennem 3 km lang arkade."

"This apartment was gorgeous and spacious, and having a washer and dryer was a special perk after a week away from home. The only minor issue I had was that walking back around 9 pm, a few blocks away, I passed more than one group of men arguing in the street and a man openly urinating on a dumpster. Use caution as always if you’re out late, but otherwise this is a fabulous alternative to a pricy hotel."

"As a Gold Level member of hotels.com, I have stayed in many hotels and apartments with this company. This is far and away the worst experience we have ever had! From the ridiculous online check in procedure which literaly took us days to resolve. The problem was that they had entered both mine and my partner's email addresses in the email address section of the online check in form. After hours of trail and error, I removed my partner's email address and was then able to eventually check in....

"Communication was difficult because we only had to write in Italian at the beginning. In the advert, English and Italian are indicated as languages. A phone number is also provided, but the call is rejected. Finally, the communication was moved to WhatsApp. Very strange! The apartment smelled really bad all 3 days we were there. The kitchen facilities were of a very low standard."
