"I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 nights, but I wish it was more! First of all, the apartment was very very clean. Relatively spotless. Secondly, the bed is very comfortable I had a great sleep each night. Not to mention Federico being a wonderful host! I can tell him and his aunt are very passionate about this property. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The a/c worked well, I had to empty a bucket of water every once in a while, but wasn’t much...

"I had a superb week at this cute little Bologna apartment. 15 mins walk to Piazza Maggoria and well located with all the usual conveniences close by. 15/20 mins walk to Bologna Centrale as well. Pietro was a superb host, always there for questions and super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again when back in Bologna. Very Italian traditional style and suited me perfectly. Book, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Pietro :)"

Also close to the busses that took us to the train station and all around town. The only downfall and this is very common for Italy is that there was a water tank and with four people showering you did have to be careful and spread out your...

"Location was GREAT! But property needs a little update. We struggled with opening the door every time we went out as it would jam and the AC is very minimal at its best. If you have mobility issues be aware that there are steep stairs to take."

"Apartment is even better in real life, spacious rooms, ideal location and safe building."
