The living area consists of a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and microwave, TV and sofa bed for two people. The adjacent bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.

The bedroom is located in the lower floor and has two single beds. There is also a service bathroom.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
