The apartment is DELICIOUS in the center of Bologna. Composed of Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Living Room and Kitchen, WI FI, Air Conditioning is at the end via Indipendenza which arrives in Piazza Maggiore, just 4 minutes walk from Central Station.
The 1 Green bedroom (double bed, a single bed, desk, Smart TV) The 2 Pink bedroom (double bed + additional single sofa bed, desk, Smart TV). Very accurate in detail - Completely renovated in 2020.
The apartment is equipped with Daikin air conditioning in all rooms - WiFI - heating with radiators - fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all appliances and dishes - kettle - nespresso coffee machine and capsule coffee - sheets and towels - Courtesy set for the bathroom (shower gel - shower cap) - 2 hair dryers - washing machine - dryer - Iron and ironing board.

We loved the location, close to train station with a short walk to the middle of town. Although located in a busy neighborhood, never heard a peep from the outside. For a family of four, it was perfect. The air conditioning was great and we explored Bologna and Emilia-Romagna from this "base camp". Host was very responsive, check in and checkout were easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Close to Train Station

Very clean apartment close to the train station. Just a 15 minute walk to the main square and market area. Easy access on the main floor. Communication is a little difficult as we didn’t speak Italian but it all worked out. We took a day trip to Modena on the train which was easy from here. We would stay here again.

Bologna stay

We struggled finding the apartment. I wish that there would have been detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment. Especially for people that are from another country and may not have phone service. It was also hard because there was only one way to get into the property by calling the host. We had to ask a stranger to make the call for us. We tried to message the host to make other arrangements to get in with no response. Communication was zero, no checking in with how our stay was going or if we had any questions. We stayed somewhere else on our way back from our cruise. Another apartment in Bologna and the host made every effort to see that our stay was enjoyable.

Tolle Wohnung um Bologna zu entdecken!

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und ideal gelegen, wenn man mit dem Zug ankommt um Bologna zu besuchen. Die Gegend am Bahnhof ist eher einfach aber nicht unsympathisch. Uns hat der Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Just what we needed

We were only in Bologna overnight between the airport and a train ride. This was the perfect location, the host was easy to contact and so quick to help, and the apartment is cute! Recommended.
