Unser Aufenthalt war super. Es wäre toll wenn im Inserat gleich am Anfang zu erkennen ist, dass Bettwäsche mitzubringen ist. In der vorhandenen Ausstattung, wäre eine Erneuerung von Vorteil. Ansonsten Top zufrieden.

Objekt schön gelegen, mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Zugang über Tiefgarage und Aufzug super. Kleinere Alterser-scheinungen wie gerissene Wandfliesen im Bad, wackelige Duschtür und ziemlich verrostetes Tischgestell auf dem Balkon.

Die Likedeeler Ferienwohnung ist von der Lage und den Zimmern her sehr schön. Aber es gibt ein paar kleine Wermutstropfen dabei. Selbst in der Nebensaison kann es bis 18.00 Uhr dauern, bis man in die Wohnung kommt. Das habe ich noch nie irgendwo anders erlebt. Außerdem gibt es bis auf 3 Tabs und einen Lappen keinerlei Ausstattung - keinen Tropfen Fit, kein Geschirrhandtuch, kein kleines Stück Seife im Bad - nichts. Dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht dabei sind ist leider nicht zu erkennen. Wir haben diese daher gezwungenermaßen vor Ort dazu mieten müssen - für 26!!! Euro pro Person. Beziehen und auch wieder abziehen muss man die Bettwäsche trotzdem selbst. Dieser Preis ist also nur für das Waschen. Daraufhin habe ich meinen Vertrag noch mal durchforstet und schließlich in den allgemeinen Vertragsbedingungen im Kleingedruckten bei Punkt 27 den Hinweis zur Bettwäsche gefunden. Dieser Hinweis gehört auf jeden Fall in die Angaben zur Ausstattung wo auch Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Mikrowelle u.s.w. aufgeführt sind. Wenn man das alles weiß und sich die entsprechende Ausstattung selbst mitbringen kann ist die Ferienwohnung zu empfehlen, da sie tatsächlich eine schöne und zentrale Lage hat.

Die Wohnung war nett möbliert, die Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm waren die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer. Lediglich das Sofa im Wohnraum benötigt eine Überarbeitung der Außenhülle.
