"The reason for my poor review is that my daughter left her iPods in the room, and we soon discovered through FindMy that they were taken to a nearby address in Hartford. They were never removed from the room by us, so they were certainly removed by someone at the hotel. I reported this via phone to staff members, who assured I’d be called back, and I wasn’t. Then I tried sending a message through their website and got no response. I am really disappointed by this level of customer service in what otherwise seemed to be a nice hotel. It’s shocking to me that no one would even follow up, even if just to apologize."
