"We picked this place because we windsurf and wanted to be close to Lac Bay. We made a big mistake by staying here for 1 week. We should have stayed for 2 weeks! The location was perfect! Nice front patio where we had breakfast every morning. The bench on the waters edge directly across the road was great to sit and watch the windsurfing and wind wings. It’s in a quiet section far away enough from the main restaurants and shopping in Kralendijk. It’s 5 minutes to Jibe City and The Frans Paradise...

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Monique gave me a great recommendation for the restaurant (Sebastian's) and also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate with! "My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Van der Valk Plaza Beach & Dive Resort Bonaire. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the all-inclusive food and drinks, the relaxing beach area, and the stunning ocean views. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy Bonaire’s natural beauty. The only minor downside was that some services could be a little slow during busy times, but overall it did not affect our experience. We would definitely return and recommend this resort to couples looking for a relaxing Caribbean getaway."
