"Ce n’est pas un hôtel, comme indiqué sur Expédia : pas de réception, pas de piscine, mais une simple maison. La propriétaire a « manqué notre réservation » : donc logement pas préparé à notre arrivée. Puis elle parle de vérifier si nous avons réservé la formule avec petit déjeuner, alors qu’Expedia affiche que le petit déjeuner est compris… A noter aussi que la terrasse devant la maison ( côté mer) est celle du restaurant voisin."

The Bellafonte - Luxury Oceanfront Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We are thankful for the helpfulness of the staff, especially Armanda. She went above and beyond assisting us with activities, locating shopping areas, recommending restaurants and even going as far as arraigning a food delivery when a lot of restaurants were closed. The room was clean, spacious and had all we needed for our stay. The ocean view was great. The patio area outside the room was large and useful for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The area is nice and quiet and it truly feels like paradise."

Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort Bonaire

"We went up to the bar restaurant at 8:30 p.m. and the staff refused to wait on us, we didn't know why. So we went next door and to Krioyo a restaurant and bar right next to our resort. We asked them why our resort bar wouldn't wait on us and they told us that our resort bar management did not like Americans. Also, the dives I had at their dive shop were terrible. The first I was okay but their inexperienced dive Master did not know how to put my partner's regulator onto a tank and wouldn't let me do it,waited till so someone finally did it. She also was supposed to make sure the weight was correct on my partner to dive and I always carry extra weight for him, she told me not to and then halfway through the dive, she used weight that I had brought to readjust the weight on my partner, so she didn't listen at all. The second dive was horrible , it was supposed to be a night dive and the dive Master forgot to bring a working flashlight into the water so I had to watch the other divers while he went and got a flashlight for the night time. I had the divers in a safe dive area, when he came back he took us right into a riptide along the shore which stopped the dive after 17 minutes. I asked the dive shop to return my money since we didn't actually get to dive because of their divemaster putting us into a riptide. It was a riptide along the shore and he could have taken us out further, away from the riptide and along the bottom to avoid the current."

"This was paradise! We stayed in the villas with a private pool and will definitely be going back. It was a 3 bedroom,3 bath and the house was amazing.very clean, new appliances, fantastic yard. Could have got 6 people comfortably. It was the best diving and snorkeling we have seen. So many fish! All the restaurants around the hotel were fabulous. Hotel staff was amazing. This is a must stay island and villa."

Harbour Village Beach Club Bonaire

"We had a wonderful stay at Harbour Village and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Bonaire. The property itself is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere, gorgeous outdoor spaces, and some of the best snorkeling we experienced on the island right off the private beach. Having direct beach access made it so easy to spend our days in and out of the water, and the calm, clear conditions were perfect for snorkeling. Our room was also incredibly spacious and worked perfectly for what we needed throughout the trip. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which really added to the overall experience. The only feedback we had was that the service at the bar/restaurant was a bit slow and inconsistent during the first couple days of our stay. That said, it noticeably improved as the trip went on, and we had a much better experience toward the end of our visit. Overall, Harbour Village was a fantastic place to stay and a wonderful home base for exploring Bonaire!"
