"Dining options were very confusing. It says to make reservations, but no one ever checked to see that we had a reservation. At the breakfast buffet, we walked in and sat down on the first 4 days and they did not want to take our room number. On the 5th day, the hostess stopped us and insisted we give our room number. She was abrasive about it and when we explained, she said "then I need to talk with my fellow employees." We booked a king size room, but got two queen beds. The response from the front desk was that they had very few king rooms, and the Expedia choice of a king was only a "request" and not a confirmed choice. The room had some mold in the shower and floor frequently had some sand even though they attended to the room every day. It is a nice, calm place, but don't expect any high-end amenities."
