Disappointing Stay at Resort La Francesca - Not Recommended We had a reservation at Resort La Francesca from September 8th to September 13th, but due to a poor experience, we ended up leaving a day early. The stay was truly disappointing. As soon as we checked in and entered our accommodation, we realized it was nothing like what we had booked. The unit was on the ground floor, dark, and outdated, with everything old. The "sea view" advertised on the website did not match the reality of the house we were given. The house was sparsely equipped. There were barely any dishes, no TV, and not even a coffee machine! If you're considering staying here, be prepared to feel like you're camping. I went back to the reception to complain and requested something closer to what we had reserved. They gave us another ground-floor unit, slightly better with less overgrown vegetation, where we could at least see a glimpse of the sea. As we explored the so-called resort, we noticed it was in a state of disrepair with very poor maintenance. Everything was old, and the bar, supermarket, and restaurant were only open for limited hours during the day and afternoon. The children's pool was completely empty, and other leisure areas like the tennis courts and playground showed clear signs of neglect. If you're planning to visit Levanto, be prepared for a long, steep walk down and a tough climb back up. The shorter path from the resort to the tunnels was closed off and had clearly been neglect

Erholung pur - kein Luxus Resort

Das Resort ist wirlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wer es Retro mag, der wird es hier lieben. Die Häuser sind sehr einfach eingerichtet und es ist zu empfehlen ein Moskitonetz für das Bett mitzubringen. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar und das klare Wasser eigent sich prima zum schnorcheln. Es gibt einen kleinen Privatstrand, ist die Brandung jedoch zu stark muss man ein sicherer Schwimmer sein, um ins Wasser zu kommen. Vorteil: Wir haben keine Feuerquallen gesehen (an anderen Stränden in der Nähe jedoch sehrwohl.) Es ist sehr ruhig in der Anlage und man trifft auf nette Urlauber. Der Shop hat leider nur morgens 2 Stunden geöffnet und das Parken kostet 8/Tag.

Lamentable

Une seule chose est belle dans cettte "hôtel", pardon, camping c'est la vue... Aucun entretien. Un piscine, pardon une marre dans un état lamentable. Des terrains de tennis, pardons, des terrains vagues. Etc etc. Un restaurant hors de prix ou la nourriture est vraiment pas bonnes et froides, avec des tarifs dignes d'un gastro. Bref, pour faire des photos cest tres bien pour le reste à fuir !

Logement agréable. Pas assez de place sur le parking pour les appartements. Parking para tu alors qu'il est gratuit si on passe directement par l'hébergement. La propreté était ok. Les serviettes étaient toutes neuves mais ne semblait pas avoir été lavées. Piscine fermée en mai PCS il ne fait pas assez beau ! Très bien cependant dans l'ensemble..

Die Wohnung war voll von Ameisen! Am Boden und vor allem im Badezimmer (Sogar oberhalb der Dusche - das gesamte Duschgestell war voll) und auf den Frottetüchern! Der Junge an der Reception war zwar sehr nett und hat versucht die Ameisen zu vernichten, aber am nächsten Morgen war es wieder voll und das schlimmste, wir hatten Ameisen sogar im Koffer und auf den Kleidern. Sie wollten uns eine andere Unterkunft geben - aber für uns war es zuviel und wir wollten nur noch weg! Schlussendlich gabs keine Rückerstattung weder von der Unterkunft noch von Hotels.com. Im Gegenteil... seitens Unterkunft gabs noch Vorwürfe, dass mit Esswaren Ameisen kommen - wir hatten jedoch keine Esswaren dabei. Einfach nur traurig und nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Markise kaputt, Herdplatte verrostet, Bad riecht unangenehm (kein Fenster oder Abluft). Das obere Schwimmbad darf man nur mit Badekappe benutzen. Das hätte man vor Ankunft mitteilen können oder auf der Seite einen Hinweis hinterlegen. Für 3€ bekommt man dort eine. Kinder dürfen nicht springen und nicht Ball spielen auch wenn keiner mehr im Pool ist. Im unteren Schwimmbad darf man das alles aber nur bis 10 Jahre. Und maximal 8 Kinder. Der sehr steile Weg nach unten zum Meer ist eine Herausforderung für ältere Menschen. Schade dass es keine Art Shuttle gibt, denn mehr als 2 x war die Strecke von ganz oben bei den Temperaturen nicht drin. Die Lage und die überwältigende Sicht auf das Meer sowie das so schöne klare Wasser, haben alles andere aber wieder gut gemacht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung möchte und fit beim wandern ist, ist hier richtig.

La struttura è sulle colline di Bonassola, raggiungibile tramite strada di montagna stretta ma asfalata. Sono arrivata in serate e ho trovato una busta per il late check in. La camera che mi è stata assegna aveva la serratura difettosa e entrare in stanza non è stato agevole. La camera non aveva ne sapone per lavare le stoviglie ne spugnette. Solo la scopa per pulire. In bagno è comparsa una specie di gatta pelesa, e la mattina seguente le formiche. Il parcheggio ( a pagamento) non è custodito e scarsamente segnalato. Sei praticamente obbligato a pagarlo perchè intorno non vi sono posteggi. L'unico pregio, la tranquillità e il silenzio.

N'est pas le paradis que ça devrait être !

Le site est merveilleux, à l’écart des foules des Cinque Terres. Il faut une voiture car sans être très loin de Levento, ce n’est pas accessible facilement à pied. Bâti sur la montagne qui plonge jusqu’à la mer, le resort la domine et offre des vues magnifiques. L’architecte à construit les villas à deux chambres trop près les unes des autres et si vous n’en avez pas une en première ligne, vous avez une vue très intrusive des toits de celles devant. Ce fut notre cas au 623 ! Grande piscine en partie haute du resort (n’oubliez pas votre bonnet de bain). Une autre piscine près de la mer, pour les enfants, mais elle était fermée pour notre séjour du 11 au 14/09/2022. Accès à la mer avec une plage de galets, qui se mérite à la remontée ! Excellent restaurant chez Leonardo avec une immense terrasse pour admirer la mer et les couchés de soleil (remontée idem à celle de la plage !). Le garçon qui gère le resort est super gentil, aimable, serviable. Tout serait donc presque parfait si les villas avaient été modernisées depuis leur création. Tout est vieux, pas très propre et avec de nombreux dysfonctionnements. Pas de clim, l’été ce doit être intenable ! C’est vraiment dommage. Un grand coup de neuf est vraiment nécessaire !

Très cher et vétuste

Mon compagnon s’etait occupé de la réservation et il pensait que c’était un hôtel. Et bien non! Nous considérons l’endroit comme un camping. Notre logement était très vétuste et je ne pensais plus jamais revoir une petite télé cathodique qui n’était même pas réglée. Nous avons été envahi de fourmis. Pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur bruyant au plafond dans la chambre. A plus de 150€/nuit (j’inclus les 8€/jour pour le parking) je trouve cela très cher. En points positifs : endroit calme, beau point de vue et grande piscine (attention bonnet de bain obligatoire qui peut être acheté à 2,5€ sur place.

Séjour très agréable dans une nature magnifique et une superbe petite crique. Accès facile aux cinque terres en prenant le train à Monterosso
Petite crique : baignade palme et tuba : jolis petits poissons noirs bleus jaunes autour des rochers à 5/8 m de la plage. Des galets pointus...prévoir chaussons

Site superbe, mais expérience moyenne

Les photos sur le site donnent envie et elles sont tout à fait réalistes : le resort donne sur la mer, et la vue est superbe, à flanc de montagne. Le site est vraiment très, très beau. Enorme point fort : la petite plage privée en contrebas de la résidence, au calme, très, très agréable, là, c'est superbe, rien à dire. 15 minutes pour remonter à pied à la chambre (c'est raide, mais c'est cool). On se gare facilement dans des petits parkings non loin des cottages, à l'intérieur de la résidence. Nous n'avons pas eu de cottage privatif (l'expérience doit y être meilleure, mais les prix sont prohibitifs l'été), nous avons donc séjourné dans une chambre du bâtiment principal. C'est vieillot, assez sombre, et pas du tout isolé : il y fait donc une chaleur terrible. Pas de clim, ni de ventilateur : la nuit, vous crevez de chaud, et vous êtes donc obligé d'ouvrir la porte-fenêtre du balcon pour avoir un peu d'air, mais qui donne directement sur les balcons de vos voisins. Vous êtes à la merci de leur comportement - car vous entendez tout ce qui se passe à gauche, à droite, et au-dessus : pas agréable du tout, du tout. Intimité zéro ! Piscine où l'on vous demande 2,50€ de bonnet de bain obligatoire par personne. On ne vous fournit qu'un seul rouleau de PQ par séjour (vous en trouverez à acheter au minimarket). Etat d'esprit un peu pince... Le site est très beau, mais qu'est-ce que j'y ai mal dormi.

Cadre exceptionnel et très calme avec vue sur la mer, c'est exactement ce que nous recherchions. En revanche, le mobilier de la salle de séjour est vétuste... peu importe en ce qui nous concerne.... Rien à dire sur la propreté, c'était parfait ! La literie était très bien.

Resort solo sulla carta, pulizia appena decorosa e servizi annessi molto scadenti .

Avevo scelto il Resort La Francesca per la sua posizione nella vallata. Abbiamo cambiato l' alloggio assegnato dopo aver segnalato la mancanza di acqua calda. Anche il secondo alloggio ( di classe superiore ) era estremamente modesto sia nell' arredamento che nelle camere e poco rispondente al prezzo pagato . Mare splendido ma nessun servizio di navetta per raggiungerlo ( 20 minuti di salita ripida per il rientro ). Minimarket e bar appena decorosi!!!! Ristorante ( splendida terrazza con vista mozzafiato sul mare ) modestissimo con piatti tutti da reinventare . Gestione del Resort tutto da riorganizzare !!!! Fortunatamente avevo prenotato solamente per due notti !!!! Personale gentile e cortese.

Posizione ottima residence mal tenuto,costoso.

Posizione buona ristorante buono con prezzi adeguati. Appartamento per 2 con dotazione scarsa e scadente. 3 piatti e scodelle 3 posate e bicchieri un'unica pentola senza padella,frigo vecchio televisore anni 90 con visione offuscata e pochi canali visibili. Letto e materasso buono,bagno minimo. Esterno 2 sole sedie ed un'unica poltroncina ammaccata non si può avere di più dal balcone superiore possono piovere calcinacci. Spiaggia privata con sdrai non lettini sotto unico tendone. Non toilette né doccia. Accesso in rifacimento(giugno)possibile solo con sentiero e gradini. Visto il prezzo il gioco non vale la candela. In complesso deludente.

Calme et paradisiaque

La vue sur la mer depuis l hébergement est magnifique. La superficie de la maisonnette suffit amplement. Accès à la mer rapide avec une plage privée.

SCONSIGLIATO A FAMIGLIE E ANZIANI

Lo chiamano villaggio turistico ma non lo è! Il bar e il market (se così si può chiamare) è chiuso dalle 13.30 alle 18! La piscina chiudano dalle 13 alle 15! Il ristorante apre dalle 18 alle 21 solo su prenotazione! Per andare al mare c’è una discesa con un dislivello di 150 mt e una pendenza dai 25% al 48%....20 min di tortura all’andata e 35 al ritorno! E devi per forza essere sana perché la devi fare a piedi! La macchina non si può portare al mare! Al mare non esistono punti ristoro! Le casine da 2 in cima al resort sono veramente minuscole! Meno male che c’è Io terrazzino da dove vedi il mare! Che dire di più....il silenzio non manca! Dovrebbero non chiamarlo villaggio, altrimenti i villaggi turistici con i classici servizi per i clienti si aspettano, prima o poi di offendono!!!!
