"This is a lovely stay, but it is definitely low-to-no frills. They have 2 pools and a hot tub, but they close at 9:30. They have a continental breakfast, but it is VERY underwhelming. It is a good proximity to Estes Park attractions and shopping including just around the corner from The Stanley Hotel. Good spot, but I think I'll make a different choice next time."

"I would come back again if I every travel to the area! Breakfast is great, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. The laundry dryer were broken when we stayed there, but other than that everything is excellent."

"This hotel is walkable to town, has a swimming pool and a hot tub & continental breakfast. The staff is delightful & kind on check in and with my questions. As I checked out the nice guy behind the desk said do you want a water bottle for the road I said yes, and it had a candy bar taped to it. Silly but wonderful. My room was ready early. My son’s room was ready early. I had a room right over the river and it was beautiful. The property is older, but well maintained the bed was very comfortable. The towels were white and spotless and good quality. Will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here to hike RMNP and the location was great! Location: We could walk to the river walk with local shops and restaurants and it was also only 10-15 min away to RMNP. Onsite parking was great too because downtown parking can be tougher to find. Place: It was excellent, cute, well maintained. It was great having a small kitchen as well. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the outdoor seating areas. Quiet at night and even without AC it was cool and comfortable at night (in August). Amenities & service: we enjoyed the nightly fires and s’mores and the beautifully maintained grounds. The elk enjoyed it too and made a special appearance onsite one night! We also loved seeing hummingbirds every day. The staff was extremely helpful and recommended local spots and hikes! Would definitely recommend!"

"A little glitch with the code checking in, but the host was easy to get in touch with and fixed our issue almost immediately. Very comfortable space and very clean. Sitting on the front porch watching the elk walk by was tons of fun. We use the grill and fixed dinner at the place everything worked perfectly"

"Location provided excellent access to everything in town, though the daily traffic passing right in front of the building was noisy when doors were open. There are numerous small items that need attention (upstairs bath toilet seat detached, handle off cabinet drawer; downstairs bathroon door only attached by 2 of 3 hinges; poor lighting in general to name a few). Overall the unit needs a refresh and feels overpriced for the condition and provided amenities. BUT we loved the location in the center of things in wonderful Estes."
